PROFILE: Simon and Kate (terrificsitters@gmail.com)

We are an early-retired English couple. When not petsitting, which we do only part time, we live in Marlborough, an historic market town in Wiltshire, about an hour west of Heathrow airport.

Until 2014, we had a Golden Retriever (Maisey) who is much missed.

Simon spent most of his adult life as a Loss Adjuster but also had 8 years at board level in Damage Management. He enjoys the wholly contrasting lifestyle that pet sitting provides, and has been doing it for 20+ years, although we only started petsitting together in 2017.

Kate is a Property Developer, Interior Designer and works occasionally and part time as a Teaching Assistant.

We have a great love of travel, enjoy meeting new people, and we’d love to meet up with other sitters. So if you’re like-minded and we happen to be in the same area at the same time, please get in touch.
